The goal of this program is to improve the quality of social services and support to vulnerable Persons by equipping the community Care givers (Auxiliary Social Workers) and other community volunteers with knowledge and skills necessary to ensure comprehensive social services to vulnerable individuals, children, families and communities including those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS in Nigeria.

The target population for the programme include community and social development workers, community members who are working presently with VC and families, NGOs and child protection workers, community health extension workers, police child/ gender desk officers, other paramilitary gender officers and village/rural level volunteers, etc.

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENT

a. At least Credit passes in three (3) O’level subjects

b. Matured Candidates with adequate relevant work experience in the Social Service Sector
