MEMBERSHIP UPGRADING

Upgrading of individual membership from one category to another is done base on the following, criteria, that:

1.     Such individual member is expected to signify intention by obtaining membership upgrading assessment form (MUAF).

2.    Such member has satisfied a minimum of three (3) year verifiable in a particular category and is in good standing.

3.    To be in good standing means that, such member, during his 3years in his present category, has paid all C-ISOWN National and State subscriptions as appropriate and has been active in State Chapter’s programmes.

4.    Individual Member who desire to upgrade from Full Member to Fellow and Senior Fellow must have being a Full Member for five (5) years and to Senior Fellow, must have been a Fellow for 5years verifiably.

5.    Such member must show evidence of continuous professional development (CPD) and volunteerism in his area of competence and or general social work concern.

6.    Dully filled assessment form must have been completed on or before one month to induction/upgrading ceremony.

7.    Minimum development fee of N20,000 (category below full member) and N50,000 (fellow and above)

8.    Membership Upgrading Committee has the final approval on the issues of upgrading of members.
